Hotel Policy


If reservation is cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in the case of a No-Show, 100% of the first night rate including taxes, will be charged for each room. There will be no refund of any payments for no show or early check out.


Pets are allowed. Please note that pets are only allowed in designated pet friendly rooms and allowed based on availability. Pet friendly rooms can be requested by contacting the hotel. Additional charges will apply.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and pets are permitted only in designated areas. Some of our non smoking rooms are strictly smoke free, allergy free and pet dander free. Smokers and pet are not allowed to occupy these rooms. If you are a smoker and/or have a pet, please inform the hotel at check-in. Non-disclosure and/or violation of this policy will be subject to a $200 penalty. Guests will be moved to a smoking / pet friendly room, if one is available. If none is available, guests will have to vacate the room without any refund.

Smokers may request a “smoker friendly” non-smoking room provided they do not smoke in the room. Such requests MUST be confirmed by contacting the hotel or at check-in.
